| Cable Testing Using The Cirris CH+
By using the Cirris CH+, Qualastat has the ability to test up to 5,376 points at voltages up to 1500 VDC and 1000 VAC. Tests include: continuity, insulation, dielectric, and capacitance. Using either a golden cable or through manual programming, Qualastat has the ability to save the test program for repeat business. In addition, test harness assemblies are catalogued and saved for the next time an order is placed.

Harness Testing Using The Cirris Easy-Wire CR
Qualastat tests every point of a harness directly on the forming board. By connecting each forming board to the easy-wire CR, harnesses can be tested on the assembly floor by simply pulling up the required test program. Testing with this method enables Qualastat to keep costs down by having assemblers test product at their work station, without having to traffic them to QC.

As military standards fell by the wayside throughout much of the '90s, industry found itself without a universal standard against which to measure quality. Recently, a new standard, the IPC/WHMA-A-620, has been published. Qualastat has been recognized by the WHMA (Wire Harness Manufacturers Association) organization for its support in the development of this document. Furthermore, Qualastat's President, Vernon Judy Sr., has been recognized by both IPC and WHMA for his leadership in this document's development. Vernon is considered to be an expert on this document has been asked by a number of trade organizations to present the IPC/WHMA-A-620. In addition to Vernon, Qualastat has Troy Agner on staff. Troy was an important member of the committee that developed the standard.
